Black Lava rims come from volcanic rocks extracted from the Merbabu volcano in Java, Indonesia.
The colors of lava stone are very nuanced, ranging from mouse gray to deep black. The Black lava coping stone batches are made up of all these shades for a natural and elegant effect once installed.
When in contact with water, the Black Lava coping stones will darken instantly and the light grey tiles will tend towards anthracite, the anthracite towards black and the black remains black!
Contrary to what one might think, this stone does not store heat. It has small perforations in its structure that allow heat to be dispersed and make it non-slip. It is therefore perfectly suited to humid or sunny environments for laying on the ground, as a pool covering or as coping stones.
For the joints an anthracite color is perfect.

Precautions
We recommend treating the stone with a mineralizer to protect it from chemicals such as chlorine and salt for swimming pools, or household products for bathrooms.
Point of attention:
